A real natural, Tracy elevated her licensure status from Salesperson to Broker in 15 months after embarking on a real estate career. She immediately opened Touchstone Realty, Inc., an independent brokerage firm whose motto was“Setting the Standard in Personalized Service.” Working only on referral and without a storefront, Tracy earned recognition as one of the top 150 agents in the Commonwealth by her third year in the business.
After successfully operating Touchstone Realty, Inc. for years, Tracy decided that she could provide better service to her clients by affiliating with a company that could provide additional benefits to her clients, in particular powerful internet marketing and strong technology tools. After considering numerous possibilities Tracy selected Keller Williams Realty as the best partnership for her brokerage business. Tracy earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College in 1986 and an M.S. in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch New England University in 1993.
She is an avid believer that learning is a life-long process. Accordingly, she attends educational and training events several times a year to be sure she is growing personally and professionally and keeping her skills on the "cutting edge" to serve her clients.
